What I do with your info

The short version: I use what you send to reply and do the work, and nothing else. No list, no selling, no tracking.

Last updated August 30, 2026.

What I collect

When you send the contact form, I receive what you type into it: your name and email, and — only if you choose to add them — your phone number, town, what you need help with, and the details of the job.

The form also records two things automatically: your browser's user-agent string and the page you were on when you opened the form. That's it — no location beyond the town you enter, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers.

Why I collect it

To read your message, get back to you, work out a quote, and do the job. The two automatic fields help me understand how people find the site and spot spam submissions. I don't use any of it for advertising or profiling.

Who can see it

Steven French, and no one else. I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing, and there is no mailing list.

A few services I use to run the site process it on my behalf: the host (Vercel), the database (Neon), and the service that emails your message to me (Resend). They only handle the data to provide those functions.

How long I keep it

As long as I need it for your job and a reasonable record of the work afterward. Ask me to delete your submission and I will, unless I'm required to keep a record of a completed transaction.

Cookies and tracking

No analytics, no advertising cookies, no session tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, and it never leaves your device.

Your choices

Phone and town are optional — leave them blank if you'd rather not share them. To see what I have on file for you, correct it, or have it removed, email TM2D.LLC@gmail.com.
